Welcome to GameX Esports (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “the App”).
By downloading, accessing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Nature of the Game
GameX Esports hosts skill-based eSports tournaments for popular games like Free Fire Max and others.
The outcome of all matches depends solely on the players’ skills such as aim, reflexes, decision-making, and teamwork.
No element of chance, betting, or gambling is involved in any tournament or competition on this platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to participate.
Players must have valid Indian identification (e.g., Aadhaar or PAN) and a verified UPI ID.
Users from restricted states — Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, and Sikkim — are not allowed to participate, as per state gaming laws.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account using your correct name, contact number, and email/UPI ID.
One person is allowed only one account.
GameX Esports reserves the right to verify user information through KYC checks.
4. Entry Fees & Prizes
Entry fees are collected as participation fees, not bets or wagers.
Prize distribution depends purely on match performance and ranking.
All prizes will be credited to the user’s in-app wallet or linked UPI account within a reasonable time.
In case of any dispute, the decision of the GameX Esports admin team will be final.
5. Responsible Gaming
GameX Esports promotes responsible gaming.
Players are encouraged to set personal limits and take breaks.
Any signs of addiction or misuse may result in account suspension or restriction.
6. Fair Play Policy
Strictly no use of hacks, third-party apps, or unfair means.
Players found cheating or teaming in solo matches will be permanently banned.
Admins may review match replays or reports before confirming results.
7. Refund Policy
Entry fees once paid will not be refunded, except in cases where a match is canceled by GameX Esports.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
8. Wallet & Withdrawal
Users can withdraw their winnings through verified UPI accounts.
Minimum withdrawal limit: ₹50.
All withdrawal requests are subject to manual verification for fraud prevention
9. Limitation of Liability
GameX Esports is not responsible for technical issues such as internet failure, game bugs, or third-party server downtime.
Users participate voluntarily and understand that winnings are not guaranteed.

10. Changes to Terms
GameX Esports may modify these Terms from time to time.
